the staff were friendly. free water refills were available from a fountain near breakfast. the hotel sits in a convenient location within the 9th arrondissement.
The room sound insulation was poor. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. it was disruptive.

The staff were very friendly and willing to assist with our requests. The hotel location is close to restaurants and shops, super convenient. I found the room neat, tidy, and comfortable. Early check-in was available and very convenient upon our early arrival.

AMAZING experience!

The staff helped me with directions. I REALLY appreciated that the hotel offered free coffee and pastries in the lobby. The location was fantastic. Many restaurants and cafes were nearby! The hotel stored our luggage both upon arrival and departure, so we walked around, explored without dragging our bags.
I noticed the street outside SMELLED strongly of urine. The smell was unpleasant !

The sauna room on the ground floor looked newly renovated. The reception area had down-to-earth aesthetics. It FELT very cute and modern.

Breakfast service was bright and PLEASANT. The breakfast selection offered an adequate choice of items to start the day well. Some cafes and bakeries are located around the hotel. The breakfast area was generally clean and well kept.

The hotel is centrally located, with the metro station just a few blocks away. Gare du Nord is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. A supermarket sits across the street from the hotel. Several restaurants and cafes populate the surrounding area.

The location was amazing and close to a metro station. The staff helped us a lot, even providing umbrellas and advice on airport transportation. I especially appreciated their quick help finding a taxi when we were running late for our flight! I really enjoyed the modern room.
The shower was a little small and had some mildew around it.
